Job Summary
The Servicing Advisor role will be responsible for growing and managing client relationships, assisting with preparing, and presenting financial plans and recommendations for our clients. This role will collaborate with the team Integrator and financial advisors to create and implement a seamless client experience of financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings for self and lead advisor
- Schedule and conduct review meetings with existing clients
- Prequalify prospects based on predetermined criteria
- Call to schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients
- Use known channels to engage with prospects and generate interest (lists, social media, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of client activity in our CRM management tool
- Maintain organized and accurate client files
- Maintain organized tracking of personal performance metrics towards corresponding production goals
- Ultimately help to continue servicing existing clients, helping to attract new clients, and impacting sales goals
Minimum Job Requirements
Required
- 1-2 yrs experience in a professional office setting
- Obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of employment
- Obtain SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 licenses within 1 year of employment
Preferred
- Finance Industry experience
- Experience using CRM
