Job Summary

The Client Service Associate serves as the executor of our clients’ goals, working closely with the team Integrator and financial advisors to implement the goals set forth in our clients’ plans. They foster an ongoing relationship with education, consistently learning new processes and efficiencies from the home office as well as from the financial advisors. They provide support for the team’s operations, client servicing, and business marketing and are adaptable to evolving responsibilities with the growing needs and goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client meeting prep materials
  • Manage underwriting process which includes providing, or collaborating with others to provide:
    • o Pre-filling and checking applications for completeness and accuracy, then submitting those applications
    • o Scheduling requirements and medical exams
    • o Monitoring application through the underwriting process and take action on cases needing attention
  • Act as liaison among team, clients, and home office in client onboarding processes
  • Process, or collaborate with others to open/fund investment accounts and investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers and trade correction requests
  • Process client service requests/information updates
  • Create, update, and edit clients’ financial plans through NM’s proprietary software, PX

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Required
    • o 1-2 yrs experience in a professional office setting
    • o Obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of employment
  • Preferred
    • o Finance Industry experience
    • o Experience using CRM
