Job Summary
The Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) is an integral part of Northwestern Mutual – Clayton. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining leading edge office operations while serving as the primary contact for clients, prospects, recruits, and guests. This role also acts as the Client Relations Center (CRC) Coordinator. The CRC Coordinator supports the efforts of the Client Relations Center to service clients within that program.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience Center
  • Greet all individuals and direct them appropriately, answer and screen phone calls
  • Maintain welcoming and clean appearance of common office areas
  • Maintain building maintenance requests and parking access
  • Replenish and re-order snack and drink supplies for the office
  • Manage monthly calendar, office directories, contact lists, and office supply inventory
  • Complete and/or assist with projects as needed by the team

Client Relations Center
  • Complete task requests from teams working within the CRC program
  • Proactively reconnect unassigned clients with active advisors
  • Maintain unassigned client data
  • Provide support for client transitions due to planned or unplanned advisor transitions

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Possess basic computer and Microsoft Office experience
  • 1+ year experience in customer service and professional office settings
  • Obtain Life and Health licensing within 90 days of employment
  • Independent learner who seeks knowledge and is adaptable to change
  • Best version of yourself in a highly collaborative and interdependent team setting
  • Ability to excel in an organized and detail-oriented environment
