Job Summary
The Lead Associate Financial Advisor will be responsible for growing and managing client relationships, assisting with preparing, and presenting financial plans and recommendations for our clients. This role will collaborate with the Financial Advisor to create and implement a seamless client experience of financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Financial Advisor’s calendar – schedule and confirm appointments with existing clients
  • Coordinate meetings for self and lead advisor
  • Schedule and conduct review meetings with existing clients
  • Prequalify prospects based on predetermined criteria
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients by presenting financial plans and identifying changes in their financial lives and needs that should be met
  • Aid in client meetings by making presentations, taking notes, completing dictation, and building client relationships
  • Ultimately help to continue servicing existing clients, helping to attract new clients, and impacting sales goals

Minimum Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of financial industry experience preferred
  • Series 6 and/or 7 licensing preferred (or at least obtained within 6-12 months of employment)
  • Obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of employment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and act
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
